Using folders to organize and share your content

To better organize, manage and share your content, you can create folders and fill them with maps as well as with other folders. This works just like the folder system on your local computer or in any other drive.

So how can I share content?

You can share individual maps as well as entire folders with other users and set the visibility to your liking. By sharing a folder with other users, you give those users access to all the maps within that folder. You can decide the exact level of their access on a ‘per-user basis’.

When you make another user admin over a folder, this user can also add/remove maps in that folder, and add/remove other users in that folder.

This can all be done by selecting a folder can clicking into ‘Manage Sharing’.
