7. Upload raster files to a layer

After creating a raster layer (click here to see how), you can start uploading the raster data.
👇
Here's video walking through the steps.
1️⃣ Create RASTER LAYER and go to the FILE MANAGER
2️⃣ Click on the upload icon
4️⃣ Select whether there is an ESPG code in the file, or if you want to specify one manually
5️⃣ Drop your file(s) into the designated box. You may drop in any number of files (of the same type)
Allowed formats are: .tif, .tiff, .gtif, .gtiff, .geotif, .geotiff, .TIF, .TIFF, .img, .IMG, .gpkg, .ecw, .ECW, .gpkg, .GPKG, .grib, .grib2, .GRIB2, .GRIB, .nc, .NC, .netCDF and .NETCDF
6️⃣ Click UPLOAD
7️⃣ Hit the YES button to activate your data. This action pushes your upload(s) to processing. This is automatic, so just sit back, relax and enjoy the flight. It will like take 1 to 5 minutes to process the data.
Once processing is done, your data is activated for use in Ellipsis Drive
🎉
. Click VIEW at the top right of your screen to view your content.
NOTE: The EPSG code is required for a successful upload because it tells us what coordinate system your file is using.
See epsg.io for more information on which code is applicable to your data.
